Residential and Holiday Park Homes

Unfortunately not but with over 70 parks across the country and growing rapidly, we are sure Wyldecrest will have a park in your area or one coming soon.

No, as long as the park home, caravan or lodge is eligible to be situated on a Wyldecrest Park, we have no stipulations on the age of the home.

Depending on whether you are purchasing a Residential or Holiday home, Best Park Home Finance has a range of options to meet your needs from our in-house finance solutions to recommending one of our third party affiliates.

All our loans are on a repayment basis

The interest rate is fixed for the whole term of the finance, so even if interest rates increase you will not be affected.

The finance is based on your ability to repay the loan so we can review your situation and discuss the best option for you. If you still own your home, there may be some alternatives you want to consider beforehand, and therefore you would be best to speak to one of our Best Park Home Finance advisers.

There is an initial £150.00 non-refundable credit referencing feasibility fee which must be paid upon application of your loan.

Set up fee of £350.00 which can be added to the loan or split over the first 1-2 payments. £35.00 CHAPS fee which is included in your first payment.

Should you decide to pay the loan up in full, an early repayment fee will be payable. The amount will be dependent on the balance and duration left of your agreement but it will be a maximum of £350.00

Holiday purchases may be eligible for one of our third party finance providers who have their own individual criteria.

Once you have been approved for a loan, this will be valid for up to 6 months although we may require you to submit further documentation nearer the completion date in order to reconfirm your current situation.

No finance offer will be confirmed until we have received and reviewed your application form and supporting documents.

We will require proof of your ID, proof of address and proof of income from all applicants plus payment of your £150.00 Credit Referencing Fee. A list of acceptable documents will be provided in your application pack. If we require any additional information, we will request this.

Yes, with your signed approval we will check your credit score and take this into consideration along with all your application documents before making a final decision.

For our in-house finance, as an independent finance provider, we make all our own decisions and therefore provided we have received all the required documentation, we can complete the application in a matter of days, including the transfer of funds.

20% for homes on a holiday park and 30% for homes on a residential park.

For our in-house finance, there is no minimum loan amount; maximum is in the region of £50,000 but this can be discussed with your Best Park Home Finance provider.

We offer you a number of ways to pay your £350.00 Set Up Fee:
We can take this with your first payment which is due the month after you complete on your purchase
The fee can be split over a period of time
We can add it to the loan

Should you decide to pay your loan up early, the Early Repayment Fee will be included in your Final Settlement amount.

We require a 1 month advance payment on all residential and holiday home purchases which will be added to the first payment.

Our payment dates are the 15th of the month but we will not take the first payment until the month after you have completed on your purchase. There is the option of your payment being taken on the 25th of each month but this is subject to an additional £5.00 charge.

Of course! You can make additional payments of up to £8,000 in any 12 month period without any penalty charge; this will just reduce the term of the loan. Should you wish to pay over £8,000 in any 12 month period, a fee will be charged. The amount will be dependent on the balance and duration left of your agreement but it will be a maximum of £350.00

RotoSpa’s have a wide range of units to seat up to 6 people

Yes; Wyldecrest Parks have built their relationship with RotoSpa as the exclusive hot tub provider on their parks.

No; as long as it is situated on a hard standing according to the requirements of Wyldecrest Parks and the manufacturer.

We offer a hire purchase agreement for the purchase of hot tubs.
